A beautiful stone farmhouse, renovated in 2010, on the edge of a forest of cork, oak and holm stands near Roccastrada (GR) in the locality “Pescine”.
The property is situated in open countryside, in a quiet and isolated place, 4 km far from the town of Roccastrada, and reaches about 3 km along a good gravel road surrounded by woods and pastures.
The main building, with a floor space of 100 square meters, has a capacity of six beds and includes living room-kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower, and is surrounded on two sides by a covered terrace of 40 sqm, with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
In the basement there is also a laundry-ironing room for guests. Next to the main house there is the guesthouse, studio with kitchen-dining room, two beds and bathroom with shower.

All it's complemented by a swimming pool with sun terrace and gazebo, equipped with deck chairs, wooden table and outdoor shower. In the typical garden surrounded by olive trees and fruit trees you can use a barbecue grill.
The house is also recommended for a holiday of nature, without any comfort to miss: it is furnished in a superior, traditional rustic Tuscan style, with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, satellite TV, heated fireplace connected to the heating, 4 burner stove and oven.
The area is typical of the Maremma, for those who love nature, the countryside and outdoor sports: an ideal place for hiking, cross-country, motocross and off-road, an opportunity to detoxify from the smog and the frenetic rhythm of the city and relax in an atmosphere of absolute privacy.
And if the night then you hear a hiss or noise ... do not worry! There may be a fox, deer or wild boar who come to give you their welcome.
